HOW TO ORDER?
Step 1:
1) Make sure your design is ready that fits with our requirements!
2) Already read FAQ below and understood the flow in ordering the goods
3) Please please reach out to us at twitter if you have any questions
Step 2:
Fill up this order form to place order:

Our respective team will contact you in 1-3 working days to check the design whether its fits with our requirements!
Step 3:
Check your email/twt/ig for our reply! We will let u know whether the design fits our requirements or not! Double-check with the design and if everything is okay, you can proceed to payment! We accept paypal only!
Step 4:
First payment for the product. Wait 1-2 weeks for the production process. Once production is done, we will let u know the shipping fee! Make a second payment for shipping and wait for the product to arrive in front of your door!
FAQ #1
1) How much is the shipping fee to USA?
The shipping fee is 20$ for the first 500g and 14$ for the next 500g.

2) How do i know my product's weight?
We did update/wrote the estimated weight of each product on 'product info'. Please calculate carefully so that you can calculate and estimate the overall cost for your merchs.

3) I need my product urgently! Can i have it in 1 month?
Production takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping to USA might take 2-5 weeks. As we can't control the logistic, we advise that you order at least 1.5 - 2 months earlier to avoid delay!!

4) So i need to make 2 payment ?
Yes. First is the cost of the product. Once the production is done, we will update you the shipping fee and you will need to make another payment for it. Thus there's two payment.

5) Can you design my product?
So sorry as we provide printing service only. We do not have a design service. Please look for a designer to design your merch before placing an order with us ya! Thank you ^^

6) Can i change my design after payment?
You cannot change your design and shipping address after payment. So please double and triple check everything before you make your payment!!
​
7) What if my parcel over 10kg?
We will separate your parcel into 2 boxes. 5kg & 5kg each. We did this to avoid being detained by custom.

8) How long will you hold my merchs before i make my second payment for shipping?
Our warehouse can hold for 15 days only. Please make your second payment asap.

9)Will you update us the tracking no?
Yes. We use FEDEX and we will let u know the tracking no in 1-3 working days.

10) Can i make payment first then fill-up the form?
Yes you can. If you are familiar with us or our regular customers, you are welcome to do so!
However, if you are new with us, i do recommend u to fill up the form first.
FAQ #2
​
1) I found out that the size that I wanted to design is not listed in the product's size. Can I customize it to become the size that I wanted?
Yes you can however the price will be different from the price that we stated in the website. If you are keen to please contact us on Twitter first before filling up the form!

2) I wanted to order 1000 pieces of transparent hand fan but it is not stated on the website? How can I know the price?
Please contact us and we will let you know the price!

3) Do I need to complete the design first before filling up the form?
YES. Please finish designing your merchandise before you fill up the form. If you have more questions or doubt please ask us on social media!

4) Do I need to have a template first before I start designing my product?
YES. There are 4 merchandises that require u to use our own template.

PAYMENT METHOD
1. We only accept PAYPAL.
2. For paypal we accept both goods and services and family and friends method of payment
3. If you use goods and services to send the money please pay for the fee so that we can receive the correct amount!
4. You can use salecalc.com/paypal to calculate the fee u need to pay by choosing fee rate international 4.4$ +$.30%

7. After payment, please send your shipping details and pls think twice because u are NOT ALLOW to change the shipping address after it.
